Guitar Rising
Guitar Rising is the up and coming "Guitar Hero" style pc game by GameTank but with a big difference, you use a real guitar!
By plugging any guitar into your PC via USB you can play along with the 30 standard songs included in guitar rising, which is rumoured to include tracks such as "Message in a Bottle" by the Police, "Mother" by Danzig, and "The Hardest Button to Button" by the White Stripes.
The style of play is very similar to Guitar Hero except the common format of tablature is run across the screen from right to left. This tablature ( "tab" for short ) displays colour co-ordinated circles with the fret numbers inside, so you know which string to play and which fret to finger.
